Need help? Learn how to reach our support team via Chat or Email. This guide provides our contact details and tips for getting a fast resolution to your technical questions.

We are committed to helping you succeed on the **Accommodation Platform**. If you cannot find the answer you need in our Help Center, our support team is ready to assist you.

> **Warning:** For the fastest resolution, please include screenshots and the name of the **Accommodation Listing** you are working on when you contact us.

## **How to reach support**

There are two ways to contact our team directly:

1.  **The Support Widget (Fastest Way)** The quickest way to get help is through our in-app support widget. You can use this to ask questions or alert our technical team to issues.
    
    -   Click the **Chat icon** in the bottom corner of your screen.
        
    -   Select **Send a message** for general questions.
        
    -   Select **Report an issue** if something is not working correctly.
        
2.  **Email Support** You can also contact us via email for detailed inquiries.
