# Resetting Password

Locked out of your account? Learn how to use the Forgot Password feature to reset your credentials and regain access to the platform.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in to your **User Account**, you can request a secure reset link.

> **Info:** If you are already logged in and simply want to update your credentials, follow the steps in the [**Changing Password**](https://helpcenter.safarioffice.com/en/articles/19-changing-password.md) article instead.

## **How to reset your password**

Follow these steps to recover access to your account:

1.  Go to the **SafariOffice for Accommodations** sign-in page.
    
2.  Click the [**Forgot Password?**](https://accommodations.safarioffice.com/forgot-password) link located below the password field.
    
3.  Enter the **Email Address** associated with your account.
    
4.  Click **Send Instructions**.
    
5.  Check your email inbox for a message from SafariOffice.
    
6.  Click the link in the email to set a new password.  
    ◦ _Requirement:_ Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
    

> **Warning:** **Tip:** If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your **Spam** or **Junk** folder.
