# How to use the media section

An overview of the Media section. Learn how to navigate to your media library to organize your property's images and add promotional YouTube or Vimeo videos.

Visuals are the most powerful sales tool you have. The **Media** section is where you add and organize all the photos and videos for your property. Keeping this section updated ensures **Tour Operators and Agents** have access to your best visuals when creating quotes for their clients.

## **Navigating to the Media section**

1.  **Sign in** to your **User Account** and access your listing.
    
2.  Click the **Media** tab in the top navigation bar (located next to **Amenities**).
    

## **Understanding the Media tabs**

Once inside the **Media** section, you will find different areas to organize your content:

-   **Images:** This is your main image library. Here, you can upload general property photos (like the pool, restaurant, or exterior) and assign specific photos to your individual **Room Types**.
    
-   **Videos:** If you have promotional video content, you can open this tab to add videos using a YouTube or Vimeo URL.
    

> **Info:** High-resolution visuals are essential for sales. Always ensure your images are well-lit and clearly highlight the unique features of your property to help partners convert bookings.
