# Editing images

Learn how to manage your uploaded photos. Use the Options menu to Edit image details (like descriptions and visibility), adjust the visual focal point, or Delete the image entirely.

Keeping your media library up to date ensures your property is represented accurately. If you need to update an image's details, adjust its focal point, or remove it entirely, you can easily do so using the image options menu.

## **Accessing image options**

1.  **Sign in** to your **User Account** and access your listing.
    
2.  Click the **Media** tab in the top navigation bar.
    
3.  Ensure you are in the **Images** tab.
    
4.  Locate the specific image you want to update.
    
5.  Click the **Options** dropdown menu located on the image.
    
6.  **Choosing an action**
    

Once you open the **Options** menu, you will see two choices: **Edit** or **Delete**.

## **Edit the image**

Selecting **Edit** opens the image details window. Here, you can adjust the visual framing and update the data attached to the file:

1.  **Adjust the image center:** You can move the image to ensure it displays correctly across the platform. The area within the green lines indicates the exact part of the image that will be visible to partners.
    
2.  **Description:** Give a clear description of the room or the scene pictured.
    
3.  **Copyright:** Enter specific copyright text, or select the **No Copyright** checkbox if none applies.
    
4.  **Tags:** Add relevant tags to categorize the image.
    
5.  **Include Image In:** Use these checkboxes to quickly assign the image to your main gallery or specific room types directly from this screen.
    
6.  Click **Update** to save your changes.
    

## **Delete the image**

Selecting **Delete** will permanently remove the image from your media library and any rooms it is assigned to.

> **Info:** Taking the time to properly center your images (using the green lines) ensures your property looks professional and polished on the **Premium Digital Page** and in quotes generated by **Tour Operators and Agents**.
