To manage your property effectively, it is important to understand the relationship between your account and your listings.
Your User Account: This is your personal key to the platform. You sign in using your email address and password. Your User Account connects you to one or more properties, depending on your role.
Accommodation Listings: An Accommodation Listing contains the specific data for a lodge, camp, or hotel. This includes the location, room types, and amenities.
Individual Listings: Standalone properties you manage directly.
Chain: A group of Accommodation Listings. If you manage a Chain, you can access all connected properties from a single dashboard.
We provide the tools you need to showcase your property professionally to the trade.
Property Profile & Services: You can control how your property appears to partners. Use this section to update contact details, descriptions, and the specific services you offer. Accurate data helps partners match your property to the right guests.
Rooms & Amenities: Here you define your inventory. You can set up different Room Types (such as "Luxury Tent" or "Family Villa") and assign specific amenities and photos to them.
Media & Documents: High-resolution visuals are essential for sales. You can upload images to your main gallery and attach important documents, such as rack rates or fact sheets, making them readily available for partners to download.
Premium Digital Page: If you have a Premium subscription, you can activate your Premium Digital Page. This is a co-branded webpage that acts as a comprehensive sales tool. Your partners can use this page to present your property directly to their clients.
