First, ensure you are on the correct login page. SafariOffice has separate portals for Accommodations and Tour Operators and Agents.

If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link.
Yes. If you are the Admin for a listing, you can invite other team members using the User Management panel. Each person will have their own secure User Account.
Yes. You can add multiple properties to a single User Account. If you manage a group of properties, we can group them into a Chain, allowing you to toggle easily between different lodges or hotels from one dashboard. It is also possible to have multiple Individual Listings that do not belong to a chain.
If your property is already listed but you do not have access, do not create a new one.
Go to My Account & Listings.
Select Add Accommodation.
Search for your property name.
Select the property and click Request Access.
The current administrator or our support team will review your request.
If your search in the Add Accommodation section returns no results, you can create a new listing from scratch. Follow the steps for Requesting a new listing. Our team will review your request and grant access once approved.
Missing information makes your listing less attractive. Tour Operators and Agents rely on complete profiles to sell your beds. We recommend completing all sections, especially Room Types and Images, to ensure your property is ready for quotes.
Update your content whenever changes occur, such as seasonal rates, new rooms, updated amenities, or new photos. Regular updates keep your listing accurate and appealing.
Tour operators, dmc and agents using SafariOffice can view your listing when creating client quotes. Clients view it when proposed by these companies. Your property details may also appear in SafariBuddy after a booking.
Yes. You can edit all sections at any time using the green Edit buttons in your dashboard.
Yes, this is possible. Go to the Media section, open the Videos tab, and add a video using a YouTube or Vimeo URL.
Yes. Please ensure images are optimized with a minimum resolution of 2000ร1500 pixels. High-quality visuals are essential for Tour Operators and Agents to showcase your property effectively.
You can upload a PDF, a Text (you can paste or write the text), or an online link (URL). Typical documents include rate sheets, terms & conditions, and brochures.
This is a co-branded webpage available to Premium users. It compiles your best content into a professional sales tool. You can share this link with partners to present your property to their clients.
Yes. With the Premium version of the Accommodation Platform, you can generate a Premium Digital Page for your property or Chain. It automatically pulls your logo, photos, and key details into a polished presentation format to share with Tour Operators and Agents.
You can upgrade your subscription directly from your dashboard. Go to User Management & Subscriptions and follow the steps in our guide on How to activate a premium listing.

Tour Operators and Agents using SafariOffice can view your listing when creating client quotes or templates.
Travelers: Can view your property details (images, amenities) via the SafariBuddy app after a booking is confirmed.
Public: Your listing may also appear on SafariBookings if a partner showcases it in their public itinerary templates.
Partners can use your accommodation inside SafariOffice when building templates and quotes. Additionally, your content appears in SafariBuddy (for confirmed guests) and on SafariBookings (for marketing itineraries).

Yes. If a specific option is not listed, you can add it manually. Scroll to the bottom of the list in your Property Profile and select Add New Service, Add New Activity, or Add New Amenity.
