If your property is already listed on the Accommodation Platform, you do not need to create it again. Instead, you can add the existing Accommodation Listing to your User Account by requesting access.
This ensures you manage the correct profile that is already visible to Tour Operators and Agents.
Follow these steps to search for and connect to your property:
Sign in to your User Account.
Go to Listings & Subscriptions.
Select Add Listing to my Account.
Search for your listing by name.
Select the correct property from the results and click Request Access.
Once you send the request, the listing will appear in your My Pending Listings section.
Notification: The current administrator of that listing will receive a notification to review your request.
Verification: If there is no active administrator for the property, SafariOffice support will verify your details and grant access manually.
Approval: Once approved, the property moves to your active Accommodation Listings, and you can begin editing.
