Updating your user profile

Your User Account contains your personal login credentials and details. It is important to keep this information accurate to ensure you receive system notifications and security alerts.

Note: Updating your personal profile does not change the contact information displayed to Tour Operators and Agents on your listing. To update the lodge or hotel contact details, please refer to the article Changing Contact Information.

How to update your details

Follow these steps to edit your name, email, or profile picture:

1. Sign in to the Accommodation Platform.

2. Click the Your Account button in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Ensure the Personal Information tab is selected.

4. Update your First Name, Last Name, or Email Address.

5. Profile Picture: You can personalize your account by adding a photo. Click Upload to select a file. 
   ◦ Requirement: Images must be JPEG or PNG, at least 400×400 px, and under 5MB.

6. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Changing your Login Email

Your Email Address acts as your unique ID for signing in. You can update it directly in the Personal Information form shown above.

If you are handing over your duties to a colleague, it is often better to invite them as a new user rather than changing the email on your personal account. See the article Inviting users to a listing for details.
