The Accommodation Type (e.g., Lodge, Tented Camp, Hotel) is a primary filter used by Tour Operators and Agents to find properties that match their clients' preferences. Ensuring this is accurate helps the right partners find you.
How to update the property type
Sign in to your User Account and go to Listings Overview.
Click the Accommodation Name of the property you wish to edit.
Navigate to the Property Profile tab.
Locate the Accommodation Type field.
Select the correct category from the dropdown menu (e.g., Tented Camp, Villa, Campsite).
Click Save to apply the changes.
If your property style has changed significantly (e.g., converting from a campsite to a permanent lodge), please also remember to update your description and photos to reflect this upgrade.
