Keeping your contact details up to date is essential. This is the information Tour Operators and Agents will use to send booking inquiries or contact your reservations team.
Your primary digital contact details are located in the General Information section.
Locate the General Information block (top of the page).
Click the Edit button (or the section itself if applicable).
Update the fields:
⦠Website Accommodation: Your direct property website.
⦠General Email Address: The main email for general inquiries (e.g., info@lodge.com).
Click Save.
You can add multiple phone numbers or specific email addresses (e.g., for different departments) in the Contact Information section.
Scroll down to the Contact Information block.
Click the Edit button to open the management window.
To add a number: Click + Add New Phone Number, enter a Description (e.g., "Reservations"), and the Telephone Number.
To add an email: Click + Add New Email, enter a Description, and the Email address.
Click Save to apply your changes.
