This section defines exactly what your property offers, from Laundry service to Game drives. Accurate data here ensures Tour Operators and Agents filter your property correctly and do not promise services to clients that you do not provide.
Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.
Click the Services, Facilities & Activities tab in the top navigation bar.
Scroll through the three main sections: Services, Facilities, and Activities.
Use the toggle buttons to update the status of each item:
◦ Yes (Green): The service is available.
◦ No (White): The service is not available.
If you need to add a note to a specific item (e.g., "Laundry service is chargeable"), click the green Add Custom Details link next to the item name and type your explanation.
Adding a service not listed
If you offer a unique item that is not on the standard list:
Scroll to the bottom of the relevant section (e.g., Activities).
Click the + Add New Activity button (or + Add New Service / + Add New Facility).
Enter the name of the item and ensure it is toggled to Yes.
You can specify which payment types you accept on-site at the bottom of the Services section:
Locate the We accept credit card payments line.
Toggle it to Yes.
Check the boxes for the specific cards you accept (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).
Click + Add Custom Payment Method if you accept other forms.
