Setting up your rooms correctly is one of the most important steps in building your Accommodation Listing. Tour Operators and Agents need to know exactly what they are selling to their clients—whether it is a "Family Villa" with specific bedding or a standard "Luxury Tent."
What is a Room Type?
In the Accommodation Platform, we organize your inventory by Room Types rather than individual room numbers.
Example: If you have 10 identical standard tents, you create one Room Type called "Standard Tent" and specify that there are 10 units available.
Why this matters: This structure allows partners to check capacity and quote the correct room category without needing to know specific room numbers.
Navigating to the Rooms section
To start managing your rooms:
Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.
Click on the Rooms tab in the top navigation bar.
From here, you will see an overview of your current room categories and have the option to add new ones.
