Once you have created a Room Type (e.g., "Family Villa"), you need to define the physical layout of the sleeping areas inside it. Every Room Type contains at least one "Bedroom." For standard rooms (like a luxury tent), you simply configure the default space. For multi-room units (like a Family Villa), you will add additional bedrooms to define separate sleeping areas.
Configuring the primary bedroom
Sign in and click the Rooms tab.
Click Edit on the Room Type you wish to update.
Scroll to the Bedrooms section.
You will see a line labeled Bedroom1. Click Edit name (green text) to change it to something specific like "Master Bedroom" or "Main Tent."
Set the Max occupancy for this specific room in the box on the right (e.g., "2").
Under What kind of beds are in this room?, select the bed type from the dropdown (e.g., King, Twin).
Enter the Nr. of beds (e.g., "1").
If the room has mixed bedding (e.g., a King and a Single), click + Add another bed to add the second type.
Click Save if this is a single-room unit.
Adding a second bedroom (For Units that have more than one bedroom)
If you are setting up a unit with multiple sleeping areas (e.g., a family suite with a separate room for children):
Scroll to the very bottom of the Bedrooms section.
Click + Add Another Bedroom.
Repeat the process from Step 4 (renaming the new room) to configure the second sleeping area (e.g., "Children's Room").
