While your main gallery showcases the entire property, Tour Operators and Agents also need to see exactly what each room looks like. By assigning specific images to separate rooms, you ensure partners can clearly present the differences between your room categories (like a Standard Room vs. a Suite) to their clients.
You can manage your room images directly from the main media library.
Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.
Click the Media tab in the top navigation bar.
Navigate to the specific Room Type you want to update (e.g., "Double Room") within the media section.
Select Add Image(s) and choose the files from your device.
Once uploaded, you can drag and drop the images to change their order.
The first image will serve as the "Main Image" for that specific room.
Once uploaded, these images are immediately online and visible to partners building quotes.
You can also reach a room's specific media folder by starting in the Rooms tab:
1. Click the Rooms tab.
2. Locate the room and click the green Manage Media button on the room card.
This will automatically redirect you to the Media tab for that specific room, where you can follow the upload steps above.
Editing images
Learn how to manage your uploaded photos. Use the Options menu to Edit image details (like descriptions and visibility), adjust the visual focal point, or Delete the image entirely.
