Tracking how often your property is quoted helps you understand your market presence. The Insights feature provides valuable data on how frequently Tour Operators and Agents are interacting with your accommodation and including it in their client itineraries.
How to access your insights
You can monitor your performance at a glance or dive into detailed metrics inside your listing.
Sign in to your User Account.
To view a quick summary, look at the Insights - Last 7 Days column directly on your main My Listings Page.
For a deeper look, open your specific accommodation listing.
Click the Insights tab located in the top navigation bar.
Understanding your metrics
Within your insights dashboard, the data is organized into four key sections to help you track performance:
Usage Overview: This section provides high-level totals of how often your property is included in SafariBookings Tours, SafariOffice Tours, SafariOffice Published Tours, and your overall SafariOffice Quotations in Total.
Booking Funnel Insights: Monitor the client journey over a specific timeframe (e.g., Last Month). You can track when your property is added to "New personalized draft itineraries," sent in "New personalized quote itineraries," and finally "Itineraries marked as booked".
Operator Engagement: Monitor your B2B reach. This shows the number of "Companies using your property in SafariOffice" and highlights "New companies this month booking your property," allowing you to compare current performance against the previous month.
Other Trends: View deeper analytics to understand guest behavior, such as "Average Booked Stays in Nights," "Average Number of Travelers per Booking," and the "Top 10 Countries Travelers Come From".
