Updating Gallery page settings

Learn how to manage the gallery section on your Premium Digital Page. Use the green eye icon to toggle visibility, and use the Gallery settings to name your showcase and manage video display.

Visuals are one of the most powerful tools for selling your property. By managing the gallery section of your Premium Digital Page, you provide Tour Operators and Agents with a stunning visual showcase to share directly with travelers.

Accessing your Gallery settings

You can manage your gallery presentation directly in the digital manager workspace.

  1. Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.

  2. Click the Manage Digital Page button on your main property dashboard.

  3. Look at the left navigation menu under the Pages header.

Showing or hiding the gallery

You have full control over whether the gallery section is visible to partners and travelers.

  1. Locate Gallery in the left navigation menu.

  2. Click the green eye icon next to the tab name. This toggles the setting, allowing you to easily show or hide the entire gallery on your published page.

Customizing your Gallery content

If you choose to show the gallery, you can configure its basic settings. Click on the Gallery tab to open the right-side Edit Content panel.

Because SafariOffice automatically pulls your actual photos directly from the Media tab of your main dashboard, you only need to fill in two settings here:

  • Gallery Name: Enter the specific name you want to call this section on your webpage (for example, "Our Photos" or "Visual Showcase").

  • Videos: Choose whether you want to show or hide the videos from your main media library in this gallery.

Saving your updates

  1. Click the Save button at the bottom of the panel to store your changes.

  2. Review the live preview in the center of the screen.

  3. Click the green Publish button at the top right to make the updated gallery live for your partners.
