If you manage multiple lodges, camps, or hotels, you can group them into a Chain. This feature allows you to organize your portfolio and manage your Head Office details from a single dashboard.
You define a property as part of a chain when you first request the listing.
Follow the steps for Requesting a new listing.
In the request form, look for the Part of Chain section.
Select Yes, accommodation is part of chain.
Enter the Chain Name.
◦ New Chain: If you are the first property, this will create the new chain group.
◦ Existing Chain: If the chain exists, this property will be linked to it.
Chains have a dedicated profile for their Head Office. This information is separate from the individual lodges.
Sign in to your User Account.
Click Chain Information in the top navigation bar (next to Listings Overview).
Click the Edit button in the top right corner.
Fill in the details for your Head Office:
◦ Physical & Postal Address: The location of your management office.
◦ Contact Information: Main telephone lines and general email (e.g., reservations@group.com).
◦ Contact Person: The primary manager for the chain.
Click Save.
When you manage a chain, your Listings Overview page is organized to help you multitask.
Chain Group: Your properties are listed under the chain header.
Access: Click on any Accommodation Name to open the dashboard for that specific lodge.
Return: Click Listings Overview in the top bar at any time to return to the main list.
