Accurate amenity data is essential for Tour Operators and Agents filtering properties for their clients. If a client specifically requests "Air conditioning" or "Wifi," this section ensures your property appears in the search results correctly.
Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.
Click the Amenities tab in the top navigation bar (located between Rooms and Media).
The system lists common amenities (e.g., Mosquito net, Safe, Hairdryer). For each item, you will see three status buttons on the right.
All Rooms: Select this if every single room type you have offers this feature.
Some Rooms: Select this if only specific categories have this feature (e.g., only Suites have "Private pool").
None: Select this if the feature is not available.
This feature allows you to differentiate your inventory without creating duplicate listings.
Click the Some Rooms button next to an amenity (e.g., Minibar).
A list of your active Room Types will appear below the item.
Check the boxes for the specific rooms that include this amenity (e.g., Suite and Family Villa).
Leave the rooms that it doesn’t apply to unchecked.
You can add specific notes to any amenity (e.g., clarifying that "Wifi" is Starlink or only available in the main area).
Click the green Add Custom Details link next to the amenity name.
Enter your text in the pop-up box (max 300 characters).
Click Save.
If a specific feature is not listed in the standard options, you can add your own amenity:
Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
Click the + Add New Accommodation Amenity button.
Enter the name of the amenity and click Save.
You can now configure it using the All Rooms / Some Rooms toggles as usual.
