Providing up-to-date resources makes it easier for Tour Operators and Agents to sell your property. The Documents section allows you to share essential business files directly on your profile—such as rate sheets, fact sheets, brochures, or Terms & Conditions.
Navigating to your documents
Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.
Click the Documents tab in the top navigation bar (located next to the Media tab).
Understanding document formats
When you click + Add New Document, the platform will ask you how you want to provide your file. You can choose from three formats:
PDF: Select this to upload a standard PDF file directly from your device. This is ideal for static files like brochures or official rate sheets.
Text: Select this option if you have a Word document (.doc) or plain text. You will be able to paste or type the text directly into the system in the next step.
URL: Select this to provide a web link. This is perfect if you have an online version of your document hosted on your own website or a cloud drive.
