Keeping your resources organized helps Tour Operators and Agents find exactly what they need quickly. By adding documents and assigning them to specific categories, you ensure partners always have your latest rates, menus, or Terms & Conditions ready to reference or include in their quotes.
When you upload or create a document, you must assign it to one of the following system categories:
Menu (Food & Drinks): Menus that partners can share with clients.
Terms and Conditions: Your official booking policies.
Privacy Policy: Your data and privacy guidelines.
Rack Rates (non-public): Your official public pricing. Note: "Non-public" means this document is only visible to Tour Operators and Agents for reference, and will not be displayed to the end-traveler.
STO Rates (non-public): Your specific contracted or net rates. This is also strictly visible only to your B2B partners.

Enter a clear Document Title.
Select the appropriate Category (e.g., Terms and Conditions) so partners know what the file contains.
Paste or type your content into the Custom Text field.
Click Save to generate and publish the document.
If you host your documents online (such as on your own website or a cloud drive), you can simply provide a link instead of uploading a file.
Select URL from the format options.
Enter a clear Document Title.
Select the appropriate Category (e.g., Menu (Food & Drinks)).
Paste the web link into the URL field.
Click Save to publish the document link to your profile.
