Providing clear booking policies and privacy guidelines is essential for building trust. By setting up the legal and policy sections of your Premium Digital Page, you ensure that Tour Operators and Agents have immediate access to the terms they need to confidently finalize bookings with their clients.
You can manage your legal pages directly in the digital manager workspace.
Sign in to your User Account and access your listing.
Click the Manage Digital Page button on your main property dashboard.
Look at the left navigation menu under the Pages header and scroll to the bottom.
You have full control over whether these specific policy pages are visible on your co-branded webpage.
Locate Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy in the left navigation menu.
Click the green eye icon next to the tab name. This toggles the setting, allowing you to show or hide these respective pages on your published site. (Note: A slash through the eye means the page is currently hidden).
If you choose to show these pages, click on either the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy tab to open the right-side Edit Content panel.
Here, you can configure how your legal documents are presented:
Title: Enter the name you want to display for this section on your webpage (such as "Our Terms & Conditions" or "Privacy Policy").
Document: Use the dropdown menu to select the specific legal file you want to feature.
Please note: Only files that have been uploaded and assigned to the matching category (such as the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy category) in your main SafariOffice Documents tab will appear as options in this dropdown.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the panel to store your changes.
Review the live preview in the center of the screen to ensure your layout looks correct.
Click the green Publish button at the top right to make the updated policy pages live for your partners.
